Mission Day
Saturday, 24th October 2026 – Inverness Cathedral
The Diocesan Mission and Ministry Board invite you to a day conference. We hope this day will offer hope, ideas and encouragement as we seek to live out our calling to share the good news of Jesus and to grow together in faith and love.
Our key note speaker will be Revd. Canon Paul Watson, who is Diocesan Missioner in Argyll and the Isles, and there will be interactive workshops, resources to browse and people to share ideas and fears with.
Bible Study Group – St. Luke’s Gospel
starts on Tuesday, 20th October 2026 at 2:30pm
We will be exploring Luke’s unique take on the Christian story, focussing mainly on his ‘Gospel’, but with occasional reference to his ‘Acts of the Apostles’
The first group meeting will be held at Upway House, Woodland Park, Contin*. All other meetings will be as previously at Kinnairdie House, Kinnairdie Avenue, Dingwall.
(* To find Upway House, enter Contin from the Strathpeffer/Maryburgh side. Take the second turn right after the filling station marked ‘Woodland Park’. Carry on up the hill to nearly the top and turn left down a dirt track signposted ‘Upway House’. Proceed through the gates at the end to the house.)
