Harvest Festival
Sunday, 4th October 2026 at 11am – Contin Village Hall

We have been invited to join with the Church of Scotland for a Harvest Festival Service followed by a soup lunch.
Both the service and lunch will be at Contin Village Hall.
■ All food gifts are to go to the Highland Foodbank.
■ Any financial gifts are to go to Christian Aid.
The foodbank will be grateful for any of the items in the list below:-
- Ham
- Crackers & Oatcakes
- UHT Milk
- Juice (Cartons and diluting)
- Washing up liquid
- Tinned meat: – mince, stew etc.
- Tinned fruit
- Toiletries
- Carrier bags
Mission Day
Saturday, 24th October 2026 – Inverness Cathedral
The Diocesan Mission and Ministry Board invite you to a day conference. We hope this day will offer hope, ideas and encouragement as we seek to live out our calling to share the good news of Jesus and to grow together in faith and love.
Our key note speaker will be Revd. Canon Paul Watson, who is Diocesan Missioner in Argyll and the Isles, and there will be interactive workshops, resources to browse and people to share ideas and fears with.
Bible Study Group – St. Luke’s Gospel
starts on Tuesday, 20th October 2026
The first group meeting will be held at Upway House, Woodland Park, Contin. All other meetings will be as previously at Kinnairdie House, Kinnairdie Avenue, Dingwall.
